CTRL-ALT-DELETE

November 8, 2006

In Linux, by pressing CTRL-ALT-DELETE, it  will reboot the system. This is a default config by Linux. Inorder to overcome this problem please edit /etc/inittab

#vi /etc/inittab

locate the line with “ca::ctrlaltdel:/sbin/shutdown -t3 -r now” and comment it out. A reboot is required for this file to take affect.

  1. The other day, while I was at work, my cousin stole
my iphone and tested to see if it can survive a 30 foot drop, just so she can be a
youtube sensation. My apple ipad is now broken and she has 83 views.
I know this is totally off topic but I had to share it with someone!
